Client Information Security Forum Overview
Purpose
Virtu strives to implement, maintain and enforce a Client Information Security Program (“CISP”) reflecting industry best practices and standards with respect to its broker-neutral client offerings (including, but not limited to, Commission Management, Workflow Technologies, and Trading Analytics). As part of the CISP, Virtu will periodically host a Client Information Security Forum, the purpose of which will be for us to provide information regarding the CISP and receive input from clients regarding their information security needs.
Participation
Virtu will invite to these forums clients who have expressed an interest in participating in a discussion on industry security practices and will endeavor to ensure a diversity of client constituencies and interests are represented over time. These events may be combined with forums or client working groups previously hosted by ITG in relation to its analytics business.  Clients who have not been contacted but desire to participate in the forums are encouraged to contact their Virtu client representatives.
Meetings
We expect to host a forum at least semi-annually and may hold additional meetings based on feedback from forum participants and as circumstances may warrant. We are targeting an initial meeting in the second quarter of 2019.  A schedule of meetings and agendas will be communicated in advance to interested clients.
Areas of Focus
Forum meetings shall be focused on the following areas:
Best practices for client information security
Virtu management update on the CISP and company policies and initiatives
Forum participant commentary
Guest speakers and topical issue
